Pinco Concept & How It Works
No, Pinco does not sell or deliver products, or accept payments. All the products listed on the site are to be purchased in physical stores (please see store address associated with each product).
Yes, all products listed on website are sold with a discount. Even more, we get exclusive discounts from stores, so basically what you see on our website is the best price available on the market for that type of product.
You will get the discount only if you are a registered member of Pinco.com and have either a Pinco card or your personal Pinco number (delivered on sign up via text message to your mobile phone). Please note, both Pinco cards and personal numbers are issued free of charge. To get the discount on a product you have to reserve that product on our website (by clicking the "Reserve" button), this way it will be put aside in a store. When in a store, you should mention your Pinco personal number to sales person (or use your Pinco card) and you will get the discount on that product.
The easiest way to start enjoying the Pinco program benefits is to obtain your personal Pinco number via text message to your mobile phone. It is very simple — just sign up on our website and make sure to provide a valid mobile phone number. You will then receive a text message, containing your personal number. Please do not delete the message or write your code down, you are going to need it every time you will use Pinco discount.
There is no catch, really! Our program is free for customers because we partner with businesses and stores, getting commissions from them every time we bring in new buyers for their products and services. Stores and businesses are interested in aquiring customers and are willing to pay for it, and customers are interested in discounts — and they find them for free on our website. That's how we work, creating a win-win solution for everyone!
Website Usage
Please use Location control in the central section to select your (or nearest to your) geographic location. After location will be set all products and offers will be shown according to your location. If none or very little products are shown, we recommend you try to select a broader location (for example, not just your city or town, but region), probably there are a lot of great offers just a couple of miles away.
Offers section includes general offers from businesses, that can be virtually anything — a discount on a product or a range of products, "two for the price of one" type offers etc. Products section is to be used when you're looking for a definite product — for example, you can search for product titles using our product finder tool.
Please use our password recovery page. You need to have access to email address supplied on registration. Password recovery link will be sent to that address. If you are unable to recover the password using password recovery page, please contact us for help.

Having multiple accounts is not recommended, because all the purchases you make are added to your account history and can be later used to provide you even more benefits from our program.
Pinco Card & Personal Number
You can obtain a new number free of charge, just sign in to our website, enter your member profile, locate Personal Details section and click Edit. There you will be able to re-send a text message with a new personal number associated to your profile. Please note, the old number will be no longer valid.
You can obtain a new card free of charge at any store or service provider participating in Pinco program. If a store is out of cards, we suggest you generate yourself a personal identification number (see previous question) and use it instead.
No, discounts are only available to registered Pinco members and you can use either a Pinco card or a Pinco personal number to show your membership to store staff. Please do not forget that in most cases it is required for you to reserve the product on our site to be able to get a discount, or to make sure the product isn't out of stock.
Reservation And Purchase
In most cases product reservation is required and will be bound to your personal number (or card number). It is generally recommended that you reserve the product you are going to purchase, so it will not be out of stock by the time you get to the store. In cases when reservation is not required you can just go to the store and claim your discount using your Pinco card or personal number.
Reservations are valid for 24 hours since the moment you reserve the product on website. This means, that if for example you reserve a product at 5 PM today, you get a guarantee that it will be available in a store until 5 PM tomorrow. If you will not make a purchase by that time, your reservation will expire and the product will be shown as available for other customers.

Generally you will be able to get a discount on every extra item that is sold with Pinco discount, whether it was reserved on site or not. However, please keep in mind, that if an item is of limited availability (i.e. only small number of item available), by the time you get to a store all available items may become reserved. In this case sales person will not be able to sell you extra items, as they will be put aside for other customers.
Generally you will be able to get a discount on any items that are sold with Pinco discount even it you didn't make a reservation on the website. However, please keep in mind, that if an item is of limited availability (i.e. only small number of item available), all available items may be already reserved.
